Joseph D. Ricca
Joe was inspired at a very young age by David Macaulay’s 1988 book The Way Things Work and would take anything he could get his hands on apart to see how it functioned. Once a chemistry and physics major before turning his attention to business and finance, Joe has retained a natural curiosity, going beyond taking the covers off things to look inside, to truly understanding the principles at play. This curiosity extends to Joe’s clients where he seeks to first understand their needs and what they are trying to accomplish before offering solutions.
Joe began building his real estate portfolio as a natural extension of his construction knowledge from growing up with family members in the trades combined with his formal business education and corporate accounting experience. Coupled with his affinity towards the use of information technology and cloud-based software, Joe has combined his strengths and passions into pursuing innovative association and real estate solutions.
